read me!

This is actually my third post today but I feel like its the most important. recently we, my children and neices, have been the victims of a child molester. Luckily for me I never gave him enought time with Kenya to do too much damage. the same cannot be said for a few of the others in may family. This last couple of weeks has been a nightmare trying to catch him without him knowing that we knew. Yesterday he was finally arrested and is now in jail, waiting for his trial. Unfortunately, we all have to go and be witnesses.
the reason I wanted to tell everyone is so you and take steps with your own children. Have access to any e-mail accounts of Facebook accounts your child might have. this is the way he was finally caught. there are many web sights to help look for sighs that your child might be showing. I think the most important thing is to let your child know they can come to you and tell you what is happening, with out fear that they might be laughed at of not believed. Try to teach your children how to be survivors rather than victims.
The sad thing is that this man was a member of the family and trusted as one. I didn't know what he was involved in until I read some of the e-mails he sent.
Sorry this was not very fun with cute pictures but its so important, specially for my family right now.

Josh's Wedding

funny picture

So Josh and Christina actually did it.
there wedding was lovely. I did their Pinata and their cake.

they wanted the mystery machine.
It think it turned out well!
Bride having a Go!

Special thanks to my mom, who honestly, did most of the cake
She baked them all. I just was in charge of putting them together.
Thanks also to Nicole. my partner in crime and to Emily, whom I had only met once before, but pitched in and helped me anyway. she had never done it before.
The cakes looked great!

Happy Birthday Kenya

It was Fabulous!

We left from Miami.
It was Raining.

This was us at the Deck party.
You know the part when you all go up an deck
and wave with you clean white hankies to
all the (non-existiant) people on the dock who are watching
your boat sail romantically into the distance.

It was windy and cold.
Gross isn't it.

That night
We did a little karaoke
By this time I was about to puke my guts out!
Turns out I'm allergic to the motion sickness patchesThe next day we did a little golfing.
My ball was behind the rock.
Golf Tip: If you want a good golfing score,
don"t golf on a boat!

We ate an excellent diner that night.
We also went to a show at the Ice skating rink
which was really cool, but we couldnt take pictures.

the next day we were in Cozumel, Mexico.
we went to Tulum, which is an ancient Mayan city.
The next few pictures will be there
From Stephens shirt and Angela's glasses
you can tell it was once again raining.
It was beautiful
and it was wet
later that day we went swimming in the ocean.
(yes it was still raining)

The next day we were in Belize
It was the most discusting beautiful place I have ever been.
the city was gross. the jungle was amazing.
I don't have many pictures from the jungle
because my camera wasn't water proof.
but I will get some soon.

the next day we bumbed around the ship.
Stephen rock climbed.I learned how to fold towel animalsAnd we all ate onion rings while passing Cuba.

the next day we got on a plane and came home.
that was my trip.

the cruise is comming

I am wigging out!
Stephen and I are going on a cruise on the 21st of this month. We are going to Belize and Cozumel. It will be a blast. I will be the only one on the boat, in the tropical weather, in on pants and a shirt. I am going to roast! We paid for the cheapest room, which probably means we will be in bunk beds in the boiler room. We wanted to save the money so we can do some fun stuff. I am so nervous, I hate leaving my kids for so long because i worry, Mom keeps telling me to snap out of it. They will be fine. If i die in a freak dolphin attack, i expect you all to take care of them.
Wish me luck!

from then till now. it is mostly pictures so it wont take too long. My little family is doing well

Kenya has graduated preschool and is now enrolled in kindergarten at Falls Valley elementary

Sammy just got his tonsils out last week. hopefully that will help with his whinnies. here he is doing what he loves the most in the spot he loves the most.

Maxi will turn one on December 31st. Can you believe it? hes been walking for about 3 months now and is busy busy!! He is still as bald as a q ball and cuter than ever.
I went fishing for the first time ever and out fished Stephen. (little fish count. Right?)
Ive been trying to work out in my glass stuff more. here is Jared trying his hand at it.

I promised to get a picture of Kevin and his Mohawk. It matches my dogs. Isn't that Cute. all those worrying, his hair got cut half an hour after this picture was taken
Kevin got revenge on Kayelynn and I

Stephens mom passed away this November from brain cancer. this on of the last casual pictures we have of her. This is her daughters, by law and naturally, except Kristy and Becky who don't live near by.

we were luckyto find somone who would take this picture for us. It was made by meshing us all together. Everybodys picture was taken individually. I think it turned out good. I was taken about two weeks before Betty died.
